Speaker Information
Mark Dumville serves CEO of GMV in the UK where he is responsible for developing and delivering the company’s strategic vision within the areas of Space systems and also Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT). Mark has worked in the UK space sector for over 30 years with roles in academia, SMEs and most recently with GMV. Mark has always been driven to focus on the needs of the end customer and helping them address the technical, operational and implementation challenges associated with the migration to new technologies and new capabilities.
Mark is currently guiding GMV to respond to the emerging needs of the UK space sector in addressing the gaps that exist within the areas of PNT, Space Domain Awareness, Satellite systems, GNC and In-orbit servicing, assembly and manufacturing. Mark holds a BEng in Civil Engineering, PhD in Satellite Geodesy and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation.
